The 69th Arizona Town Hall was held at the Grand Canyon on October 27-30, 1996. Through the Town Hall discussions, ideas and recommendations were developed for what needs to be done to re-energize civic responsibility throughout all segments of the Arizona population and how a sense of renewed personal responsibility can be rekindled.
