When Liv Hall and her friends discover boxes of letters hidden in her grandfather's attic, they find hundreds of psychic predictions addressed to the now-defunct Premonitions Bureau, which closed in 1993. As they read through the letters, they uncover premonitions from powerful psychics who mysteriously disappeared. Their discovery triggers the attention of a black ops group tasked with the military's paranormal research, which will stop at nothing to obtain the letters and track down the psychics. Now in danger, Liv and her friends must rely on each other and the help of former Bureau psychics to survive and uncover the truth.
