Untamed Land is a collection of short stories about the strengths and weaknesses of those people who moved into the west to live and raise their families. There are stories of the willingness of some to overcome the hardships that were thrust upon them. There are also stories of those who brought law and order to the west. Although the stories in this book are fiction, they show the determination of the men and women to take a wild and open land and make it a place to live and grow.
