Hearthfire. : ceramic sculpture and tile

In Hearthfire, artist Stephani Stephenson observes Georgia O'Keeffe's famous statement: "Making your unknown known is the important thing." At heart a naturalist, Stephenson uses birds, native land forms, folkloric, and feminine archetypes as recurring motifs and themes in sculpture, tile, and architecural ceramics.
