Summary
Nico the Unicorn: Hobbled by a limp, a reminder of the accident that killed his father, Billy is determined to lead a normal life. Billy has a difficult time adapting to his new hometown, in rural Vermont, and is constantly taunted by his peers. His life becomes magical after he rescues a pregnant pony.

Owd Bob: Set in his ways and content to share his life only with that of his championship sheep dog, an Irish grandfather reluctantly takes in his orphaned teenaged grandson. The relationship between grandfather and grandson are tested and the sheep dog becomes their only common ground.

The Impossible elephant: Daniel wishes for a special pet and when he discovers Lumpy, a real, live elephant, in his backyard, it is as if his wish has come true. But his dad ships Lumpy off to the local zoo so Daniel sets out to rescue his newfound friend.
