: 
Pure luck: Eugene Proctor, an unlucky, mishap-prone man, is sent on a mission with a no-nonsense detective, to rescue the equally unlucky daughter of his boss.
 
King Ralph: A freak accident wipes out the entire royal family, and a good-natured, down-to-earth Las Vegas lounge singer, Ralph Jones, is the distant heir who inherits the throne. His unconventional behavior delights the public, but fuels a plot to overthrow the new king.
 
Ghost dad: Elliot Hopper, an overworked widower killed in a taxi accident, returns as a ghost and must learn how to be seen and heard so he can take care of his family.
