Freddie Reiser is a well-adjusted child counselor with one minor problem--he can't remember his childhood from prior to age 15. At the urging of his psychiatrist, Freddie returns to his hometown of Harmony, Texas in search of his lost childhood. What waits for him in Harmony is an ancient entity, a malignant spirit who preys on the minds of troubled children, who shapes their impressionable young minds and plants its seeds of violence. Will Freddie remember his forgotten past, will he recall the dark influences his mind attempted to shut out? And will he follow his destiny, and join the children of the owl?
