When Liv Hall and her friends discover boxes of letters hidden in her grandfather's attic, they find hundreds of psychic predictions addressed to the now-defunct Premonitions Bureau, which closed in 1993. As they read through the letters, they uncover premonitions from powerful psychics who mysteriously disappeared. Their discovery triggers the attention of a black ops group tasked with the military's paranormal research, which will stop at nothing to obtain the letters and track down the psychics.
