Barry is a shy teen who escapes his struggles with bullies by daydreaming adventures with his idol, Chuck Norris. With the help of a wise martial arts instructor and a supportive teacher, Barry begins training in karate and prepares for a major tournament and soon discovers that true courage comes from within and with an unexpected assist from Norris himself, he faces his fears head-on.
